We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at The Point a great one!

The Point meets every weekend and offers the following service:

• Sunday mornings @ 10am (rockin' full-band worship)

The Point is located in Winthrop Harbor, IL at 900 Lewis Ave.

We strive to keep the services right around 60 minutes long. They usually begin with a couple songs, with the song lyrics projected up onto the screen, so you can sing along (or not!) and engage however you feel the most comfortable. After the music portion of service is complete, one of our pastors will come out to share an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus, and hey, if you're lucky, there might even be some more awesome worship at the end!

Culture? What's culture? No, seriously, we don't put on any airs, and don't want you to either, so really, come as you are - casual, and relaxed!

We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week, and want to come back! We make your kids our priority, including having a security guard in the kid's area to make sure they're safe. There's also a check-in process for our AIM Kids program, so the first time you visit, you’ll want to arrive at least 5 minutes early to get them signed in.
